Terms of Service

Payment:
- Full payment upfront. 100%.- Pay me w/ USD through Venmo, Paypal or Zelle!- I have the right to decline your commission if I am uncomfortable with it or cannot fulfill the request needed.- No refunds unless something comes up making me unable to finish said commission.- PLEASE LET ME KNOW AT LEAST THREE WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME WHEN ITS SOMETHING IMPORTANT! (Birthdays, event, etc.) I do not do rush feesCommission Work:
- Unlimited revisions in the sketch, but minor revisions only when I render- Complex designs will have to either be simplified or denied depending on the circumstance.- PLEASE PLEASE do remind me when you commission me if I seem to have forgotten about it!- No deadline for commissions. The # of time taken to draw will vary. (Can range from same day to couple of weeks)- Preferablly provide an idea of how you want your character drawn if possibleRights and Usage:
- PLEASE credit me when reposting your commission made by me anywhere.- Your commission will be used as an example for my portfolio unless otherwise specified- Personal usage only.- Any usage of my art being used in NFT and/or AI technology will be blacklisted on sight.- I have all rights to the art itself unless an NDA is paid- If paid for a birthday/event/something important in general, PLEASE SPECIFY if you want it published online by the day of or not!Contact my Discord (Wrenmoon) for any further inquiries or clarifications, whenever it be on my TOS or the commission type in general.
